The setting in the lobby area is very nice. Super atmospheric. Like out of a movie setting. The location is very strategic to move around in the city. Nice walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Staff was great.

A nice big, quiet room with a good bed. Decent/good breakfast and the location of the hotel is superb. For those with a car, there is a nice parking area which we used. In general, very friendly staff

Everything! The staff were super friendly, all of them. Victor from the restaurant and the girl at the reception were always ready to help. The room is big and clean. The hotel is super well located, walking distance to Andino shopping center and plenty of bars/restaurants. This is the best hotel i've stayed at here in Bogota. The breakfast is fresh and has plenty of options.

It felt like a private home, with oriental rugs, bookcases, big screen TV with probably a hundred channels. Huge king sized bed with many pillows. The hotel has no central heat, but the room was equipped with a nice cozy blanket. The shower was big enough for two, with endless hot water and a powerful shower head. The breakfast was made to order in the restaurant, with fruit, fresh juice, eggs, bacon and fresh breads. Even great Colombian coffee. The room service was fast and the food delicious. The only down side was the clock radio was broken, but I didn't care because my iPhone is my alarm. Excellent staff, very responsive and friendly.
